Quinces Full Planning

Are you super busy and really don't have the time to plan your entire event? Our Quinceañera Management is a full planning service that offers step by step guidance for planning your Quinceañera. Beginning as early as two years, we analyze and provide feedback on your budget, guide your Venue and Vendor search, and provide emails and check in calls. This package also includes Day of Coordination where we oversee your Vendor Team, manage your event timeline, and overcome any last-minute challenges that may arise.

Event Management

Our Day of Coordination service allows you to relax during the final stage of your Quinceañera planning, and be a guest at your party! This service begins 8 weeks before your Quinceañera. This service is great for the person who has already chosen their venue and vendor team, and need someone to step in to handle the logistics of the day. On the day of your Quinceañera we oversee the vendor team, manage the timeline, and overcome any last-minute challenges that may arise.

Consultation

This service is great for someone who has planned most of their event but they are stuck with some burning questions about decor or logistics. Our Consultation Service guides you towards the right path for a successful event. This service is for clients who feel comfortable planning their Quinceañera, but have questions and need guidance.
